Sponsor Form - Cymatics Conference

Thank you for your interest in being a Sponsor at our - 10th Annual Cymatics Conference.

Conference hours are Friday, Nov 6, 10am - 10pm and Saturday, Nov 7 from 9am-10pm

There are several pieces of information we need from you. Vendor Information, Ad information, and Names of People attending the VIP Party and Conference. Just follow the instructions - and the forms will appear.

Each exhibit space is approximately an 8'x8' space that includes a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs and electricity. Exhibits are located through out the building (2 floors). The facility will be open on Friday at 8am for check-in and set up. Once registered, you will receive further move in/move out information from our Vendor coordinator.

Description of items at the Vendor table

Exhibit table space is approximately 8’ x 8’ and includes a 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs as required. Vendor space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. You may elect a section preference, but we do not guarantee your first choice. Space assignments are based according to date application & payment received, date payment clears and how each section/row is filled..

We will produce a full-color program for our attendees, as well as a listing on the Vendor page on the Cymatics Conference website. Please write EXACTLY what you wish to appear on our website and Program including contact information, website if applicable and description of business items for sale.

Vendor attendees - Please list all people that will be helping at your table - used for registration and badges - changes can be made up until Oct 15.*

VIP Attendees - the names of the people who will attend the VIP Party*

Conference Attendees - Names of the People who will attend the Cymatics Conference - Modules 1,2,3, and 4
